Dr. Preston V.L. Lindsay is our resident expert in measurement and systemic strategy. He is a distinguished Organizational Psychologist who serves as the Director of the Organization Trauma Intervention Studies (OTIS) Lab at Rutgers University. His academic roots run deep; he holds faculty appointments at Rutgers University and the University of Pennsylvania in the Organizational Dynamics program. Like Colin, he is a key voice in the field, serving on the Editorial Board for the Organization Development Review.
At the heart of Preston’s work is a dedication to rigorous research and publication specifically centered on organizational trauma and dysregulation. As the President and CEO of The Lindsay Group, he has spent more than a decade serving as a technical expert and leader for for-profit and non-profit organizations, as well as community groups. He is the architect behind the “Lindsay Strategy,” a data-driven methodology used to identify structural gaps and realign business practices for peak performance. Preston’s expertise in Multicultural Organizational Development (MCOD) ensures that every intervention is inclusive and backed by hard science, providing the diagnostic precision needed to achieve long-term sustainability in even the most high-pressure environments.
